Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone - Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns - Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of electronics sales and wireless products is a plus - Familiarity with retail math and the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to provide technical sales support to customers We offer competitive pay and benefits, including:
