Primary focus is the processing, closing, and booking of a range of loan types including consumer and commercial.
Work closely with the loan officer to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships with bank customers.
Assist the loan officer in obtaining necessary income and expense documentation, obtaining collateral insurance, obtaining flood certificates, ordering title work, ordering appraisals and valuations, filing and release of vehicle titles and real estate security instruments, collection of loan payments, preparing loan documents, and other lending and loan servicing duties.
The ideal candidate would also be cross trained to perform other duties within the branch as needed.
Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent One year experience in loan processing, loan closing, or loan related experience Excellent communication and people skills required Thorough knowledge of loan documentation Competence in Word, Outlook, and other Windows software and the ability to quickly learn and effectively use other lending and banking related software.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
